The Intellectual Property team covers all of the legal needs of the Firm’s clients, both public and private, in the area of literary and artistic copyright as well as industrial property.

Active in scientific work and top-notch lecturing, the team is particularly well-known for:

  • the quality of its strategic advice;
  • its familiarity with the international and technological context involving intellectual property;
  • its litigation practice, both domestically and internationally, before:
    • judicial courts;
    • arbitration courts (Arbitration Center at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic in Prague);
    • administrative boards (French National Institute of Intellectual Property, Office for Harmonization for the Internal Market, European Patent Office).

Furthermore, together with the Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity team, the Intellectual Property team performs audits in merger and acquisition transactions and cooperates with the Public Business team on industrial property issues specific to the public sector.
