Employment Law
The Employment Law team provides advice and assists in litigation for French and foreign corporations on all issues pertaining to individual employment relations and day-to-day management of human resources.
The Team has developed special expertise in:
- dealing with the social aspects of restructurings and all issues related to employee and labor union representation in companies;
- in all matters dealing with occupational health and safety which has become a major concern for employers;
- in the area of financial employment law for the implementation of collective and deferred compensation plans for increasing employee loyalty. It also works with executives to optimize their own individual tax and social security situations;
- in all aspects of social security and social protection law;
- in collaboration with the Public Business Law team, in labor and social protection issues related to the temporary assignment and leasing of statutory agents from industrial and commercial public corporations within their private law subsidiaries.
Our strength lies in our full knowledge of the industries and specific characteristics of our clients, which we have acquired thanks to long-term partnerships.
The solid experience in litigation, such as employment law disputes, that we have developed over many years allows us to anticipate any litigation that may arise.
Furthermore, we frequently participate in conferences and produce training programs for management staff and directors of human resources and/or corporate affairs. Lastly, we regularly publish news articles in specialized French and international journals.
