Lawyers charter

We offer our employees training and experience that allow them to become self-sufficient lawyers, able to work in our profession in all its aspects.

We believe that a lawyer’s career is built up over time on such cornerstones as technical expertise, operational know-how, a mind for business and respect for the values of our profession, particularly its independence.

We see the relationship with our employees as a partnership built upon exchanges that are productive and constructive for both parties and based on mutual trust and respect.

To reach this objective, we conduct a relatively long recruitment process, which often requires a long-term internship (for those who are new to the profession) or involves interviews with several partners from various departments (for lawyers who already have experience).

When selecting employees, the ability to integrate and adapt to our teams is an essential factor for us, in addition to a first-class academic and professional background.

We would also like to make sure that the candidate employee is well aware of and fully shares the spirit of our Firm.

Daily contact with the partners allows for direct, immediate exchanges regarding the professional activities of the employee. An interim report is prepared every six months, and a more formal review is organized every year; during this review, all aspects of the collaboration, including fee retrocession, are discussed.
