A partner since 1999, Marie-Hélène Tonnellier set up and currently heads the Digital & IP department. She has acquired an excellent reputation in both advising and litigation work in the field of Information Technology Law, e-Commerce Law and Data Protection Law which naturally are growing with the development of internet and digital matters. Marie-Hélène is also very active in the field of Media law and Intellectual Property Law.

Expériences
Marie-Hélène Tonnellier began her career in London with a solicitor’s office, and then joined the law firm Moquet Borde & Associés (Paul Hastings) in 1990. In 1995 she started working for the firm Jeantet. After four years, Marie-Hélène Tonnellier decided to join Jean Latournerie and Christian Wolfrom to set up the Digital & IP department.
