Lawyer at the Paris Bar (2004), Amélie d’Heilly is Partner – Labour Law practice since January 2021 after having previously created her own structure.

Amélie regularly assists her clients – whether they be small and medium size companies or French and international groups – in all areas of labour law, both in counselling and litigation.
Amélie provides her clients with extensive expertise as regards individual and collective work relationships, whether it be in connection with the daily management of the social relationships or on the occasion of restructurings that can punctuate their development (acquisitions, mergers, transfers of activities, audits…).

In addition to being trained on mediation and collaborative law technics, she can also provide a different point of view on matters and calm as well as unbundle conflict situations.




• Negotiation or harmonisation of the collective status (company agreements, untypical agreements, unilateral undertakings)
• Preparation and monitoring of employment safeguard plans, collective contractual terminations or plans for voluntary departures (PDV)
• Management and monitoring of elections and information-consultation procedures of the staff representative bodies – in connection with restructurings or otherwise;
• Employment and career management procedures (negotiation of the employment agreements, financial packages, sanctions, etc.)
• Pre-litigation (preparing the documentation and negotiating) and litigation management of the dismissals (on personal or economic grounds) and alternative modes of termination of employment agreements
• Management of the disputes before the civil (election dispute or when faced with the staff representatives), labour and administrative (disputes on employment safeguard plans or regarding health at work before the Court ruling on social security affairs (TASS))
• Acquisition or assignement audits, compliance audits
• International mobility (secondments, expatriations)
• Additional compensations (incentives, profit sharing, shareholding plans)
• Harassment prevention and management of the psycho-social risks
• Compliance, in particular through drafting ethical or IT charters
• Assistance to the senior managers
• Social protection law (retirement, private mutual insurance policies, pensions) 
• Performance of internal investigations, in particular with respect to harassment or compliance
