Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2006, Anne-Cécile joined LWA the same year, after having performed her final traineeship in the law firm White&Case in Paris.

Anne-Cécile practices in the Corporate practice.
She WORKS ON corporate law, securities law and in all M&A and private equity transactions. She assists listed and unlisted companies in connection with their recurrent transactions (general meetings, board of directors, governance, regulatory matters, etc.) and exceptional transactions (financing rounds, acquisition transactions or transfers of companies or assets, restructurings, etc.).

She also advises investment funds during their majority or minority shareholding transactions.
