Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Marie-Hélène Tonnellier is Partner since 1999 and created the Digital & Intellectual Property practice.
Marie-Hélène intervenes, both in counselling and litigation, in all issues relating to IT projects, innovations (AI, Robotics, …), e-business and personal data, which are booming with the development of digital technologies. She also intervenes in Media Law and in Intellectual Property Law.
By remaining very active in the distribution, tourism, luxury, new economy, mobility, media or even the services sectors, Marie-Hélène assists her clients in the implementation of strategic projects or in their digital transformation, helps them implement the numerous regulations in these areas and also assists them in disputes that are often complex and innovative. Her dedication to her clients has often made her a strategic counsellor for the legal departments and general management departments that she has been assisting for more than 25 years.
Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Marie-Hélène began her career in London in a solicitors’ firm and then joined, in 1990, the law firm Moquet Borde & Associés (now Paul Hastings) and, in 1995, the law firm Jeantet.
