Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2011, Romain joined LWA the same year after having performed his final traineeship in the law firm Adamas.
Romain practices Public Business Law.
He assists public entities and economic operators in connection with the implementation of their transactions or projects, in particular in the transportation sector (port and rail), on PPPs, concessions, complex public-private arrangements and for the economic valuation of the public domain, as well as on public competition law issues.
He has developed, simultaneously, specific experience in environmental law, both in counselling – regarding contractual or auditing matters – and in litigation, regarding the issues for mastering the environmental risks with respect to contaminated sites, classified installations, or even waste and technological risks. To this end, he is also involved for the benefit of public or private project managers (maîtres d’ouvrages) with respect to the legal framework and preparation of the regulatory documentation based on enforceable procedures, as well as for monitoring their disputes, as the case may be.
