Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2019, Thomas joined the Public Law practice of LWA the same year after having practiced in a French law firm.

Thomas assists public entities and private operators in the performance of projects and public contracts (global public contracts, concessions, domain law, etc.). He very often performs feasibility studies (porting structures, etc.) or solves difficulties relating to performance (amendments, penalties, dispute proceedings, etc.). He is active both in counselling and litigation.
