Pauline Leddet-Troadec assists her clients, French and international companies, regarding all issues relating to environmental regulations. She intervenes, in particular, in industrial environmental law (classified installations, industrial risks, contaminated sites and soils, waste, etc.). She has developed a strong experience in the negotiation and drafting of contractual provisions in the framework of real property transactions (sale and lease back transactions, lease agreements, etc.). Furthermore, she counsels her clients regarding issues relating to sustainable development and biodiversity, such as compensation obligations and the derogations relating to protected species. 

Acting in a capacity as lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2012, Pauline graduated at the University of Aix-Marseille III with a Master II in international and European environmental law. Pauline practiced at the firm Boivin et associés and at Foley Hoag in a capacity as Counsel. Pauline founded the environmental law Interprofessional circle (Cidde), for which she is the President. This network enables environmental law professionals (lawyers, attorneys, legal journalists, etc.) to discuss and share their experiences. Pauline is also very much invested, in a capacity as General Secretary in the association Elles&Droit that gathers legal professionals from all sectors.

Acting in capacity as lawyer for over eighteen years, Coline Warin graduated with a specialised higher education degree (D.E.S.S.)in Business and Tax Law obtained at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2003) and is a Mediator approved by the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre (2017).

Coline assists and represents companies in all litigation cases with which they can be faced, upstream, during the prelitigation stage, or downstream, after a referral to the courts. She advises French and foreign groups, start-ups, intermediate-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized companies, investment funds, as well as their senior managers and shareholders.

She has developed specific experience in shareholder disputes and M&A litigation and intervenes in the optical, retail and mass distribution, defence, biotech, agrifood and industry sectors.

Coline is assisted by her colleague Bertille Lacau, Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2021; Bertille has graduated with a Master 2 degree in Business Law obtained at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master of Laws-LLM obtained at Trinity College Dublin (2019).
