DREYER, one of the leading French firms in design, manufacture and distribution of isothermal panels and doors for hypermarkets and supermarkets, reorganized its share capital through a LBO, led by LT Capital (Xavier Poppe and Véronique Policard), alongside his shareholders and executive officers, Pierre Pernias and Thierry Ruscica. This transaction was an opportunity for five key managers to take a stake in the share capital.
This MBO resulted in the implementation of a senior debt, subscribed to CIC Lyonnaise de Banque and LCL.
As part of the transaction, led by DSA Corporate Finance, the executive officers and the key managers were advised by Avistem, with Mathieu Siraga, partner, and Anne Déchamps.
