The first SEMOP is born !

The town of Châtenay-Malabry signed, on 22th February  2017, a concession agreement with a SEMOP (public-private partnership with individual transactions) owned by the town of Châtenay-Malabry and Eiffage Amenagement.

The SEMOP’s mission, for a period of 10 years, will be to develop a new eco-district with commercial and residential buildings near Parc de Sceaux, within an area of 18 hectares previously owned by Ecole Centrale.

The SEMOP is, currently, the sole holder of this concession in France.

Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats advised the town of Châtenay-Malabry (along with Espelia regarding technical and financial aspects).

The Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats team included partners Marion Delaigue, Pierre Lafarge ; and associates Claire Manouvriez, Océane Christmann and Guillaume Ledoux.
