Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, Yamina Harbes is an Associate in LWA’s Tax Department. She advises companies, corporate groups and their executives on a wide range of French tax law matters, including both tax advisory and tax litigation matters. She has also developed a particular expertise in taxation issues relating to cross-border transactions and business flows between France and Africa.

Prior to joining LWA, Yamina gained experience in leading French and U.S. law firms, as well as within the Tax Department of Orange SA. She subsequently practised for three years at Hoche Avocats, where she advised clients on corporate taxation, transactional tax matters and tax disputes.
