Lawyer since 2005, Claire is Counsel at LWA Contentieux. She joined the firm in 2011 after having practised with the law firms Camille et Associés in Toulouse and Flécheux & Associés in Paris. She is a member of the La Rochelle-Rochefort Bar.
Claire specialises in the field of real property law and litigation.
She assists all types of players (territorial communities (collectivités territoriales) and public companies, private law companies, property and real property companies, industrial companies, domestic or international trademarks, etc.) whatever may be their business sector (trade, offices, hotels, residences providing services for the elderly, logistics, etc.) in their real property projects.
She has developed, in particular, a recognised EXPERIENCE as regards commercial leases (negotiation and drafting of leases and leases in future state of completion (off plans), renewals, transfers of leasing rights, the management of disputes resulting from a breach of the obligations of the tenant or landlord, etc.).
Claire is also involved in business litigation in construction law, contract law, unfair competition law and corporate law matters.
