Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2026, Ilona joined LWA’s Corporate department in September 2025 after completing several internships in business law firms, in court, and in the legal department of a listed company.

Ilona assists French and foreign companies, investment funds, and management teams in connection with capital transactions, restructuring, business transfers, and general corporate law matters.
