Léopold Brossier is a member of the Paris Bar and advises French industrial groupson all aspects of environmental law, both in advisory matters and litigation.​

His practice focuses on classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE),industrial risk regulation, contaminated land and soil remediation, technologicalrisk prevention plans (PPRT), chemicals regulation, and issues relating to water,waste and emerging pollutants, including PFAS.​

He assists clients throughout the entire life cycle of industrial sites: from permittingand environmental authorizations to regulatory compliance, inspections andenforcement actions, incident and crisis management, environmental liability,and representation before administrative, civil and criminal courts.​

Drawing on his experience in environmental criminal law before the Paris Criminalcourt, Léopold has developed expertise in industrial risk management andproactive liability strategy.
