Member of the Paris Bar since 20 years, Nathalie is a partner in the Public Business Law department.
Nathalie advises operators and public and semi-public authorities on complex contractual arrangements, often financed through project financing, mainly in the energy, infrastructure (including transport and telecommunications), and construction sectors, both in France and internationally (particularly in Africa).
In this context, Nathalie drafts and negotiates all the contracts for the completion of a project (public-private partnership agreements, concession agreements, PPPs, global performance contracts, and subcontracts: design-build or EPC contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, interfaces) and assists her clients in drafting their contracts to secure their projects and manage their risks.
She also provides advice and litigation services in the area of public procurement, whether in the context of awarding or executing contracts, including for foreign clients wishing to respond to consultations in France, and public real estate (state property valuation, public off-plan sales).
Finally, she has complementary expertise in institutional public law, which enables her to assist her clients in defining the types of structures to be set up for public-private projects (GIP, GIE, SEM, SEMOP, etc.).
