Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022, Sarah joined LWA’s Corporate practice in 2021 after interning with various corporate law firms and seconding as in-house counsel in a CAC40 company.

Sarah assists companies, investment funds, and management teams in connection with capital transactions, restructurings, business transfers, and general corporate law matters.
