A member of the Paris Bar since 2026, Thomas joined LWA’s Corporate Department that same year, having completed internships at various French and international commercial law firms, as well as at a portfolio management company. He has also worked as a financial auditor and in-house lawyer for a major group.

Thomas assists French and foreign companies, investment funds and management teams with capital transactions, restructurings, business transfers and general corporate law matters.
