In his capacity as Lawyer for more than 20 years, Godefroy Le Mintier focuses specifically in the field of mergers & acquisition, privatisations, calls for tenders, international joint ventures and large projects alongside leading French, Maghreb, African and international players, the shareholders of family-owned groups, investment funds, financial institutions and public institutions in France, Africa and in the Middle East.
He is particularly involved in the financial institutions, infrastructures, agri-food, automotive and luxury sectors.

His experience covers all Corporate aspects, in particular equity transactions, acquisitions, joint-ventures, privatisations, company restructurings and business agreements. Godefroy has also developed specific expertise in the area of large projects and public-private partnerships in the Maghreb and in Africa. Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Godefroy practiced at Norton Rose Fulbright, where he began his career in 1999 and contributed to the creation of its Casablanca office in 2011.
After graduating at Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) (Programme Grande Ecole, Majeure stratégie juridique et fiscale) and becoming the incumbent of a post-graduate degree (maîtrise) in Business Law (Faculté Jean Monnet – Paris-Saclay University), Godefroy has also obtained his registration on the list of mediators of the Paris Court of Appeal.
