In his capacity as lawyer for more than 20 years, Julien Desclozeaux has developed a recognised practice, both in counselling and litigation, in the field of real property law.
He has assisted investors in the elaboration and implementation of real property transactions (acquisition, construction, valuation, management of real properties),in particular in their transactions for the acquisition or transfer of real property assets and for drafting the agreements required for the performance of real property transactions (real property development agreements (CPI), off-plan sales (VEFA), agreements for the project management, assistance to the project manager, etc.), lessors and users, in the negotiation and for the drafting of commercial leases and in various proceedings referred to the judge of commercial rents, and clients during the litigation and prelitigation stages in the area of liability and construction law.
